The conclaves PvP is not bad at all, It has potential, and it could be a better PvP to fix many parts of it. PvP clearly works, and is funny cause many people doesn't even know conclave exists. The VSync may not be the actual cause of the problem per se, but it seems to "patch" the problem.Well we already have an opt-in/op-out pvp and it's called conclave, and what has the majority of warframe's player base chosen? That's right opt-out of it simply because you do not play a power-fantasy grinding game to go and get an aneurysm from trying to shoot the average spaztic coke'd-up bullet jump spamming rolly-polly conclave player.ĭude calm down, look the specters of the rails was enjoyed by many players and it was a pvp - pve, the reason why they took it off was to do a rework on them that has gotten DElayed by many of the big updates they've been pushing. The problem seems deeply intrenched within W2K/DX. And nearly pulled every hair out of my head.Īlso, I read somewhere (sorry, don't remember where) that one individual with the same problem removed his/her ISA modem and it also corrected the problem. At first I though it was my NIC, sound card, etc. Yes, I found it odd that VSync would play a role in this, but it did work on my system and I don't know why. I don't know how to do this on NVIDIA hardware you'd know better than I. Try disabling VSync on your hardware and see if it makes a difference. I beleive that this disabled VSync for Glide and some other function. I'm running a dual V2 SLI setup.įirst off, I had to set the following Glide environment variables as such: I don't know if this will help since you're all running different/newer video cards, but maybe you can adapt my fix to your configuration. I found a solution that works for my system. Older games, such as Quake I/II seem unaffected. Yep, I noticed this same problem with UT since RC1.
